The field of Custom brokerage is active in the same premises of the Shipping Agency; the activity is practised by 2 fully licensed professionals.

The major fields, in which our deep knowledge allows us in giving top services, are those which involve agricultural products and in particular olive oils: import and export to and from Mediterranean, Middle and Far East and United States.

Custom Agents

Dolphins Agency acts in the capacity of Customs Agents in a completely independent way through staff and registered customs agents.

It provides customs consultation in order to fix the nomenclature, customs duties, and permitting procedures (customs warehouses, depots, etc.).

  • Presentation of customs declaration imports/exports
  • Presentation of documentation and assistance in the case of merchandise at veterinary office visits, PIF
  • Assistance for the sanitary and/or veterinary inspection
